We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your enquiry details for marketing unless you have separately asked us to.

- Professional advisers, insurers or regulators where we are legally required to do so

- Website enquiries that do not become clients: normally up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and treatment records: retained in line with professional and insurance requirements, normally 8 years after your last treatment (longer for patients under 18).
- Analytics data: retained in line with the settings in Google Analytics.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and restricting access to personal data to staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take security seriously.
